Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a Field Merchandise Analytics Manager for the Northeast Business Unit, located in Hudson, NH.

The role leads data-driven merchandising initiatives, partnering with Marketing, Merchandising, and Pricing teams to translate insights into action. You will drive pricing, assortment and promotions reviews, document BU-level strategies, and mentor junior analysts while contributing to company-wide analytics initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Business Analytics or a related subject area followed by three or more years of progressive responsibility experience.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver succinct and structured oral and written communications, leading conversations with senior business leaders.
• Experience driving large scale projects end-to-end with cross-functional teams and ambiguous situations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate thought leadership and be an ambassador to Data Driven Merchandising initiatives.
• Actively participate in reviews of pricing, assortment, and promotional strategies.
• Document BU level strategic decisions around pricing, promotions, and assortment.
• Mechanize driving insights into actions by working with cross-functional partners to identify gaps and improve DDM tools and processes.
• Translate insights into stories prepared for stakeholders and participate in the annual DDM planning process.
• Mentor junior resources and contribute to career development.
