Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a Field Merchandise Analytics Manager for the Northeast Business Unit, located in Hudson, NH.

The role leads data-driven merchandising initiatives, partnering with Marketing, Merchandising, and Pricing teams to translate insights into action. You will drive pricing, assortment and promotions reviews, document BU-level strategies, and mentor junior analysts while contributing to company-wide analytics initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Business Analytics or a related subject area followed by three or more years of progressive responsibility experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver succinct and structured oral and written communications, leading conversations with senior business leaders.
  • Experience driving large scale projects end-to-end with cross-functional teams and ambiguous situations.

Actively participate in the ongoing reviews of pricing, assortment, and promotional strategies in connection with business process and planning. Document BU level strategic decisions around pricing, promotions, and assortment. Mechanize driving insights into actions by working with cross-functional partners (i.e., Business Unit Marketing/Merchandising Teams, Global Promotional, Assortment Teams and Pricing Teams) to identify gaps and make recommendations to improve existing DDM tools and processes. Use technical expertise to conceptualize and develop new, reusable tools, models, and approaches to provide our partners with insights and recommendations to meet business goals. Actively participate on the annual DDM planning process for the business unit Translation of insights and recommendations into stories which are prepared for and delivered to various stakeholders. Join our Global Analytical network on data and analytics issues and share experiences with other Business Units. Mentor junior resources and contribute to their career development. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks; or participating in professional societies. Experience working with individuals from different organizational functions and at different levels. Experience in a supervisory role, managing and developing people.
