Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance, management, business economics or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Curiosity about retail and marketplace changes.
• Detail-oriented with ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• May require up to 20% travel.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Analyze category performance and industry trends to support business decisions.
• Assist Category Managers with daily vendor contact on item setup, pricing, costs, and logistics.
• Plan, track, and execute vendor/sales incentives and contests.
• Support local planogram assortment planning and process.
• Collaborate on promotions and pricing management and local activities.
• Identify in-store merchandising opportunities and support operations, with occasional overnight travel.
• Continuously develop professional knowledge and networks.
