NFIB is seeking a Membership Sales Representative to engage with small business owners in community settings and present NFIB’s value proposition in a concise, compelling way.

You’ll work in a face-to-face sales role with uncapped earning potential, paid training, and a focus on growth, learning, and performance-based rewards. This is a high-activity, field-based position with significant income opportunities.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Mission-driven with passion for small business success.
• Strong communication and quick-thinking in live conversations.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with small business owners through in-person prospecting (no appointment setting)
• Deliver NFIB’s proven, 5-minute sales presentation with confidence, authenticity, and urgency
• Build fast rapport and communicate NFIB’s mission clearly and compellingly
• Address objections and close membership enrollments in one visit
• Process membership payments on the spot
