Job summary

Global Medical Response seeks a locally rooted Membership Sales Manager to generate leads and sales for the AirMedCare Network in Odessa and surrounding counties. You will work in the field most of the time, focusing 70% on B2B and 30% on direct consumer outreach, to build a strong local sales pipeline.

The role emphasizes relationship building, community engagement, and traveling regionally. Base salaries offered are $35,000 or $45,000 with uncapped commissions and a lucrative OTE up to

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and valid driver’s license.
• 3 years of B2C/B2B field sales experience, including cold calling.
• Experience selling in rural/relational markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel locally in the Odessa region to meet customers and communities.
• Develop leads through door-to-door outreach, referrals, events, and partnerships.
• Manage full sales cycle from outreach to close with a consultative approach.
• Represent AMCN as a trusted local partner at community events and with local organizations.
