Responsibilities

• Collect medical records using laptop and portable scanner to meet production goals.
• Visit physician offices to ensure timely completion of tasks and deadlines.
• Answer phones, fax documents, search the internet, and email as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and professional communication with providers and staff.
