Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy and pathology.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and smartphone technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with direct and indirect customers to grow and develop business within the territory.
• Promote and sell medical products, devices, or supplies to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to explain features, benefits, and usage.
• Assist in covering surgical cases in the assigned territory.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
• Manage a designated sales territory, including scheduling and attending client meetings.
• Provide after-sales support, addressing client inquiries and resolving product issues.
• Ensure safe and effective use of products in operating rooms by providing clinical value.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and orders.
• Pick up, transport, deliver and maintain supplies and inventory for demos, sales and cases.
• Complete calls and client visits to meet or exceed quotas.
• Respond promptly to chats, emails, and calls.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, ethics and credentialing requirements.
• Travel to job sites, meetings, surgeries and training events.
