Job summary

Clover Health is seeking Certified Medical Assistants for full-time, field-based home visits in Georgia. Ideal candidates live in or near our service areas. This role supports patients with complex healthcare needs and travels to patients’ homes, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

Must hold a Medical Assistant certification from an accredited program.
At least 1 year of healthcare experience (home-based care a plus).
BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Partner with providers before, during, and after visits to support patient care.
Be the friendly face during visits, assist with translation, take vitals.
Perform phlebotomy and other tasks as directed by the provider.
Close care gaps, review consent forms, and keep documentation accurate.
Coordinate through electronic health records (EHR).
Maintain medical supplies and ensure well-prepared visits.
Support outreach to schedule visits and engage patients.
Drive independently to patient visits.
