Job summary

Clover Health is seeking dependable Certified Medical Assistants to join our field-based team across Georgia. This full-time role involves daily travel to patient homes and requires residency in or near our covered service areas in Georgia.

New grads and uncertified MAs are welcome; CMA, RMA, CCMA certification holders start at higher rates, and we will support certification for those without it.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Minimum one year of healthcare experience.
• Current BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Partner with providers during in-home patient visits.
• Gather medical histories and patient information.
• Obtain vital signs and perform clinical support activities.
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection.
• Support patient education and engagement.
• Assist in closing preventive and chronic care gaps.
• Document care activities within EMR systems.
• Coordinate pre-visit and post-visit activities.
• Maintain supplies and equipment needed for field visits.
• Travel throughout assigned counties to support patient care.

About the Role

This is a full-time, field-based role involving daily travel to conduct visits in members' homes. Candidates must reside in or near one of our covered service areas throughout Georgia.

We're looking for Certified Medical Assistants who are passionate about delivering compassionate, high-quality care in patients' homes. In this role, you'll work alongside providers to support patients with complex healthcare needs while helping improve health outcomes through personalized, community-based care. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position.

New Grads and Uncertified MAs Welcome: We know great caregivers come from every stage of their careers. Whether you've just completed your Medical Assistant program or have hands-on experience but haven't yet earned certification, we want to hear from you.
