Qualifications

• Assembles components from prints, schematics, and BOMs.
• Experience in field testing and traveling to test sites.
• Performs soldering as part of assembly and test processes.
• Works in regulated manufacturing environments following procedures and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand and power tools to build mechanical assemblies per engineering prints and BOMs.
• Perform mechanical assembly and sub-assembly work with accuracy.
• Support field testing activities including travel to test sites.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electromechanical systems to ensure proper operation.
• Carry out soldering tasks to support assembly and test processes.
• Assist design, assembly, and use of test fixtures to validate performance.
• Follow procedures in a regulated environment and maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical staff to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Maintain tools and workspace in a clean, safe condition.
• Document work performed, test results, and issues identified.
