Qualifications

• Mechanical/technical certification or equivalent experience.
• Mechanical maintenance or related technical experience.
• Strong safety practices and hazard communication.
• Ability to follow job plans, procedures and permits.
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to describe field conditions and remediation steps clearly.
• Strong teamwork and willingness to assist others.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and changing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Accurate maintenance and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and corrective mechanical maintenance on field equipment.
• Troubleshoot, inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment as assigned.
• Work with pumps (centrifugal, gear), LACTs, PDP pumps, vapor recovery units, gas lift compression, and instrument air systems/dryers.
• Review job packs and execute maintenance according to procedures.
• Participate in safety processes and mitigate hazards before starting work.
• Request and follow required work permits.
• Document maintenance activities and equipment history.
• Communicate equipment conditions and recommended actions to supervision.
• Provide feedback on job plans and maintenance improvements.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and other teams.
• Adapt to changing priorities and field conditions.
