Job summary

Kina'ole Foundation seeks a Field Engineer (Mechanical) in Guam to oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of centralized systems. You will plan, design, and support mechanical components for construction projects, using CAD/CAE tools and adhering to engineering standards.

The role requires evaluating drawings, coordinating with the engineering team, and ensuring testing and safety standards are met on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.
• 2 years of experience as MEPFS Construction (Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing/Sanitary).
• Field engineer experience with reading drawings and applying codes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs, and develops mechanical systems for projects per standards.
• Analyzes blueprints and equipment specifications using CAD/CAE tools.
• Collaborates with Mechanical Engineering Team on design and cost estimates.
• Ensures testing programs meet local, state, and company standards.
• Coordinates with foremen, sub-contractors, and suppliers to define project details.
