Job summary

Exp Global Inc. is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead projects in Guam and the Pacific Islands. You will direct design teams, ensure quality, and manage budgets and client relations across civic, education, federal, naval, transit, or commercial buildings.

The role requires aBachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, a PE license in Guam (or eligibility), and 10+ years of experience with strong leadership and communication skills. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Registered Professional Engineer in Guam preferred or ability to obtain.
• At least 10+ years of experience in mechanical engineering project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead design teams on mechanical systems for civic, education, federal, naval, transit or commercial projects.
• Perform QA/QC reviews of specifications, reports and drawings.
• Develop and monitor work plans; manage budgets, schedules and client expectations.
• Mentor staff and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.
