Faith Technologies is hiring a Mechanical Commissioning Engineer to lead and coordinate project commissioning plans and on-site execution. You will work under supervision from upper-level commissioning staff to ensure equipment integrates into a functioning system.

The role requires strong reading of schematics, mechanical terminology knowledge, and proficiency with MS Office. Travel up to 50% is expected, with standard hours 7 am–5 pm, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read one-lines, schematics & drawings; knowledge of mechanical terminology.

Responsabilités

• Works with Preconstruction Managers and Project Managers at project start to define commissioning requirements.
• Assists with creating LOTO plans and start-up scripts.
• Completes detailed procedures and checklists to verify equipment performs to specs.
• Assists Site Lead with establishing structure, training, and implementing LOTO and start-up scripts.
• Performs field surveys and data collection to ensure equipment meets standards.
• Provides reports to Project Managers and commissioning team.
• Supports field commissioning activities and addresses needs during commissioning.
• Guides office and field teams to ensure start-up complies with codes and customer requirements.
• Works with equipment providers to troubleshoot during start-up, testing, and commissioning.
