Job summary

PACK Power LLC is seeking a Field Mechanic to support daily operations at project sites across the United States. You will perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and inspections on heavy equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.

This role includes a base pay starting at $35/hr, a daily per diem, and a company truck with a fuel card, with regular travel home from job sites. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2+ years of heavy equipment experience, and CDL options (CDL B

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalency.
• CDL B required; CDL A preferred.
• 2+ years of experience on heavy equipment and construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance on heavy equipment and vehicles.
• Inspect equipment and diagnose defects to prevent downtime.
• Assist project team and lead mechanic with maintenance tasks.
• Operate safely and follow health, safety, and environmental rules.
• Communicate maintenance concerns to on-site leadership.
