Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Mechanic to deploy across multiple active project environments, inspecting, diagnosing, overhauling, and repairing heavy haul vehicles and mixer fleets. You will travel between plant installations and delivery zones, performing PMs and emergency support while upholding safety standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a valid CDL, and 3 years of related experience or completion of mechanics school.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license (Class A or B CDL preferred).
• 3 years of experience directly related to the duties or mechanics school graduate.
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions is required.
• May be required to work long and unpredictable hours.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery trucks operate reliably and prevent breakdowns.
• Provide fleet PMs and emergency field support across the territory.
• Diagnose and repair heavy haul vehicles and mixer fleets.
• Maintain fleet safety and regulatory compliance.
• Document maintenance logs and reports as required.
