Job summary

Mechanics Hub is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Technicians to diagnose and repair a wide range of heavy machinery in customer sites throughout California. The role emphasizes independent field work with a strong focus on diagnostics and repair using OEM tools.

The candidate should have 2+ years of relevant experience, with 4+ years in heavy equipment maintenance preferred. A technical degree is expected; ASE or OEM certifications are assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of heavy equipment diagnostic/repair experience.
• 4+ years in heavy‑duty construction or agriculture equipment maintenance/repair.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and maintain heavy equipment at customer sites.
• Utilize OEM diagnostic tools to troubleshoot faults.
• Perform diesel engine, hydraulic and electrical system maintenance.
• Coordinate with customers and document service reports.
• Travel to various customer sites; field work as required.
