Dexterity, Inc. is seeking a Mech Specialist located in Tracy, California, to operate and troubleshoot robotics systems at customer sites. This role requires a hands-on approach and strong problem-solving skills across electromechanical systems. The Mech Specialist will lead investigations, manage repairs, and ensure high system uptime while providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field and 3+ years of experience in field service or hardware debugging. A competitive compensation package including hourly pay and comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in field service or product support roles in robotics or automation.
• Physical ability to perform service tasks in warehouse environments.
• Comfortable working extended hours for high-severity incidents.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day operations of the Mech system at customer sites.
• Act as first line of support and liaison between DGS and Dexterity.
• Identify and report issues; perform initial troubleshooting.
