About The Role

About the Role:

Wren Kitchens is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Field Measure Technician to join our team. This client-facing role involves delivering expert in-home measurement services and supporting quartz countertop installations by ensuring precision and quality in every project. Your work will be vital to our commitment to exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Compensation:

• On-Target Earnings: $64,000+ (including monthly performance-based bonuses)

What You'll Do:

• Travel to customer homes to take precise measurements of kitchens and other spaces
• Use advanced laser measuring tools and proprietary planning software to create technical layouts
• Coordinate appointments and collect project details in collaboration with our retail team
• Provide a professional, friendly, and solution-oriented experience to every customer
• Support quartz countertop templating and ensure all measurements meet installation standards
