Job summary

DIHO Consulting USA in Sulphur, LA seeks a Construction Materials Testing Technician to perform field testing of soils, concrete, asphalt, and pile monitoring to ensure compliance with project specifications. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in CM testing and may hold NICET, ACI, or TxDOT certifications.

Your responsibilities include conducting concrete, soil, and asphalt tests, producing detailed reports, and maintaining safety and client relations on site.

Qualifications

• +2 years of experience in Construction Materials Testing.
• Must be able to pass a DISA drug screen.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform field tests such as concrete testing (slump, air content, temperature, unit weight, and casting cylinders), soil compaction testing, Proctor and Atterberg limits, sieve analysis and other soil classification tests, asphalt density testing and pile monitoring.
• Produce timely and detailed reports.
• Operate vehicle in a safe manner and follow safety procedures.
• Follow company procedures and protocols and cooperate with the technical team.
• Build positive relationships with clients and communicate with dispatch and onsite personnel.
