Job summary

Braun Intertec is seeking Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Technicians to join our Dickinson team. You will perform sampling and testing on soils, aggregates, concrete, and masonry for a variety of regional projects.

This hands-on role includes in-depth technical training, industry certifications, and growth within a 100% employee-owned company, with a strong safety culture and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong safety focus and attention to detail.
• Good reading of plans and technical aptitude.
• Able to perform field sampling and testing with accuracy.
• Willingness to work extended hours and outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine & complex sampling and testing of soils, aggregates, concrete, and masonry.
• Perform field concrete testing, including slump, air content, and temperature.
• Perform field density tests of soils.
• Prepare daily reports and documentation in electronic format.
• Collaborate with project managers and senior technicians to ensure specs are followed.
• Assist with training and mentoring of junior staff.
