Copper State Bolt & Nut Company is seeking a Project Materials Supervisor to lead daily yard and materials operations supporting major customer projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced warehouse, yard, logistics, construction materials, or field operations professional who can lead people, manage inventory, and keep materials moving safely and efficiently.
Reports to: Field Operations Manager
Direct Reports: Project Materials Coordinators and assigned temporary/local yard labor
Status: Exempt, Salaried | Paid Bi-Weekly
This is an approximately 2-year field assignment supporting customer projects. The position requires travel and deployment to designated project locations and is not a traditional remote or work-from-home position.

The assignment may extend beyond two years and may provide opportunities to move to another project, advance into operations leadership, or transition into a permanent branch or operations role.
This is a field-based position supporting customer jobsites. The role requires working outdoors in varying weather conditions, wearing required PPE, walking and standing on uneven surfaces, and moving between offices, yards, vehicles, containers, and jobsites.
Variable schedules, early starts, occasional weekends, and emergency response may be required based on project needs.
