Job summary

Mesa Natural Gas Solutions LLC in Dickinson, ND is seeking an Inventory Specialist to oversee equipment, materials and inventory needs for the field shops. You will ensure technicians have the right parts and correct part numbers on service orders, and work with NAV records to track consumption.

The role requires a High School diploma, attention to detail, ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting, and a valid driver’s license with forklift experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred 1+ years of related experience.
• Honorably discharged service veterans preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the inventory use and consumption at the shop location.
• Ensure technicians have the right parts and correct part numbers on service orders.
• Identify critical shortages to eliminate expedited shipping.
• Maintain communication with shop technicians and HQ.
• Record discrepancies and coordinate solutions with peers.
• Act as main point of contact for inventory issues and warranty process.
