S&ME is seeking an entry-level Construction Materials Engineering Technician to perform field and lab testing for concrete, soils, asphalt, and masonry in outdoor construction sites around Chattanooga, TN. You will gain hands-on experience, grow certifications, and contribute to project quality and safety from day one.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Willing to obtain certifications as part of growth.

Responsibilities

• Perform field and lab tests for concrete sampling, soils, asphalt, and masonry.
• Document findings and maintain equipment records.
• Inspections per IBC codes and report data using Metafield.
• Travel to project sites and work outdoors on active construction sites.
