The role oversees daily receiving, storage, and issuing activities in the site warehouse, ensuring safety, accuracy, and on-time material flow for small EPFC projects or regional procurement leadership.

Required are a four-year degree and extensive procurement experience; strong communication and organizational skills are essential to coordinate with management, vendors, and Construction.

Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree and eight years of work-related experience or equivalent combination.
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences including management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable statutes and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and control an appropriate portion of the purchasing or regional indirect procurement function or direct the purchasing, expediting, or field purchasing function on a project.
• Develop, or assist in the development of purchasing, expediting, or field purchasing activities on the project or non-project procurement in a particular region.
• Perform material buying, expediting, or field purchasing activities in accordance with the corporate OSR and established project or Material Management Plans, policies, and procedures.
• Provide general and direct supervision to the purchasing, expediting, and other support staff as assigned.
