Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical training with related experience.
• 5 years' progressive experience repairing or servicing hardware and software, or a BA/BS in a relevant field with 1–2 years of experience.
• Ability to travel, including overnight travel, is required.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, calibrate, and install cobas i601 mass spectrometry systems in customer laboratories.
• Perform preventive maintenance on mass spectrometry hardware including vacuum pumps and LC components.
• Diagnose hardware & software failures using TIC, mass spectra, and tuning logs.
• Provide workflow support and guidance on operational practices and contamination prevention.
• Collaborate with National Engineers on high‑complexity accounts and escalations.
• Maintain CRM records and participate in on‑call rotations.
