Renew Cannabis Co. in New York is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to support the Field Marketing Manager with in-store execution, retailer relationships, and marketing support for Fernway products in Brooklyn and surrounding areas.

You will coordinate displays, trainings for budtenders, manage incentives, and assist with events while ensuring compliance with cannabis regulations and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in brand marketing, event planning, or similar role.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented and highly approachable personality.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong execution.
• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot or similar).

Responsibilities

• Support in-store marketing execution and displays across retail partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with store staff and partners.
• Train budtenders on Fernway products and promotions.
• Manage retail incentives to drive sales and engagement.
• Oversee merchandising, displays, and promotions at stores.
• Coordinate events, pop-ups, and promotions with sales team.
• Ensure compliance with cannabis regulations in all activities.
• Collaborate with sales and retail partners to align field marketing.
