Job summary

Fernway is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to support our South Shore presence in MA. You will ensure compelling in-store execution, build retailer relationships, and train budtenders to communicate Fernway’s products.

This full-time role requires 2+ years in brand marketing or events, strong organizational skills, and comfort with travel to retail locations and events. Compliance with cannabis regulations is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in brand marketing or event planning.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented and highly approachable.
• Detail-oriented with execution focus.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot) and social media.
• Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to retail locations and events.

Responsibilities

• Support in-store execution to ensure brand visibility and consistent displays.
• Build and maintain relationships with store staff and retail partners.
• Train budtenders on Fernway products, promotions, and selling points.
• Manage in-store incentives programs to drive sales and engagement.
• Oversee product displays and merchandising to brand standards.
• Assist with in-store promotions and product launches.
• Manage inventory of swag and promotional materials for events.
• Plan and coordinate events, activations, and pop-ups.
• Collaborate with sales team to align field marketing with sales goals.
• Ensure marketing activities comply with cannabis regulations and guidelines.
• Follow the target work schedule Tue-Sat with flex Tue/Wed and field days Thu-Sat.
