Job summary

Movement Mortgage is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to empower our loan officers with scalable marketing support from our National Sales Support Center. You will partner with field leaders, create on-brand assets, and coach teams to leverage marketing best practices. The role blends design, copy, and strategic guidance, with focus on onboarding and content library maintenance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of marketing experience.
• Broad knowledge of marketing disciplines including content creation, graphic design, social media, video, email marketing, or brand support.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to learn new tools, platforms, and processes quickly.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Execute a wide range of marketing requests including graphic design, social media content, email creation, marketing assets, and onboarding materials.
• Manage and fulfill requests through a centralized intake process.
• Meet service-level expectations while delivering high-quality, on-brand work.
• Provide consultative support and coaching within MORE, the marketing platform.
• Lead onboarding experiences for new loan officers and identify recurring needs.
• Recommend new templates, resources, and campaigns for field needs.
• Maintain and enhance marketing content libraries; improve workflows and support models.
• Use AI tools to improve efficiency and service delivery.
