Job summary

Movement Mortgage, LLC is seeking an Human Resources Administrator to support onboarding, terminations, and daily HR operations. You will handle clerical tasks, respond to HR inquiries, and maintain employee records while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s in HR or related field and 2+ years in HR or mortgage industry experience, with strong communication and organizational skills. Relocation packages may be available and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field preferred.
• 2+ years combination of education and work experience equaling the aforementioned expectation.
• 2+ years of Mortgage Industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of bonuses and commissions preferred.
• Knowledge of math and financial terminology is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong research and project management skills.

Salary

The expected salary range for this position is between: $47,900.00 - $58,500.00 The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
