Meridian Title Company, Inc. is seeking a Marketing and Sales Representative to join our North Carolina team. In a high-energy, fast-paced environment, you will develop and execute marketing opportunities, build strong client relationships with lenders and law firms, and drive business development.

You will manage campaigns, analyze data from social media and web analytics, coordinate events, and represent the company professionally with internal staff and external partners.

Qualifications

• Strong marketing know-how and ability to translate data into actionable campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

High volume title company is looking for a marketing and sales representative to join our North Carolina team. Applicant must be able to work within a high energy, high paced environment while always maintaining professionalism.

• Strategic development and execution of marketing opportunities and projects
• Employ marketing analytic techniques to gather data (social media, web analytics, internal data etc.) as well as analyze the effectiveness of current marketing methods; and procedures and develop new methods and procedures
• Ability to approach new people and situations with ease in order to build strong client relationships, including networking with lenders and law firms throughout North Carolina
• Undertake daily administrative tasks and communication with internal staff to ensure the functionality, performance and implementation of all marketing activities
• Organize promotional events, including traditional, digital campaigns, and social media outlets
• Participation in the development and implementation of marketing ideas and other activities as related to business development needs
• Presents self in a professional manner and have the ability to interact with all levels of internal business and outside clients
• Excellent communication skills, verbally and written, to facilitate business development
• Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
• Strong time management skills
• Understanding of business and marketing concepts and knowing how to apply them

The expected salary range for this position is between: $20,000.00 - $40,000.00 The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
