HTeaO is building a dedicated Community Marketing team to drive brand visibility and local engagement throughout every phase of the store's journey - pre-opening, Grand Opening weekend, and post-opening. This role is highly visible and relationship-driven, requiring someone who genuinely understands HTeaO's operations and brand, and who can represent the company in the community with energy, authenticity, and professionalism. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, personable team player who takes pride in showing up for Franchisees and helping new locations build a strong, lasting presence in their community.

Key Responsibilities
Pre-Opening
  • Identify and scout specific local businesses, events, and high-traffic locations to introduce and promote the new HTeaO location.
  • Build early community relationships on behalf of the store, distributing mini gallons, flyers, and other marketing materials as outlined in Exhibit A requirements.
  • Represent HTeaO's brand and culture accurately and enthusiastically in every community interaction leading up to the Grand Opening.
  • Boost the HTeaO app and encourage local sign-ups ahead of the Grand Opening.
  • Promote the local store's Facebook page and advocate for the community to follow it.
Grand Opening
  • Support and amplify Grand Opening weekend excitement through active, visible community engagement in and around the store.
  • Work alongside the NSO team, FBC, and store leadership to ensure community marketing efforts are felt in store, not just in the surrounding area.
  • Help create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere that reinforces the store's connection to its new community.
Post-Opening
  • Continue building community relationships to support sustained guest frequency and long-term brand loyalty beyond opening weekend.
  • Provide ongoing visibility and support for the Franchisee and Corporate Stores as the store transitions into normal operations.
  • Collaborate with the FBC and NSO Lead to ensure community marketing efforts remain consistent with brand standards and store goals.
  • Support locations that have been identified that need additional marketing support to help drive new customer visits, reignite excitement in the community, and build sales through continued marketing efforts.
Brewing Purpose
  • Brewing Purpose is all about identifying opportunities to make a meaningful difference, building partnerships that strengthen our communities, and inspiring a culture of service across our organization.
  • Support efforts that directly promote planned events.
Qualifications
  • Strong working knowledge of HTeaO operations and brand standards.
  • Outgoing, personable, and comfortable engaging with new people and local businesses.
  • Humble and kind, with a genuine, approachable attitude in every interaction.
  • Passionate about promoting HTeaO and able to represent the brand with authentic enthusiasm.
  • Skilled at identifying specific, relevant local businesses and locations to market the brand effectively.
  • Self-starter who is motivated and takes initiative without needing constant direction.
  • Collaborative team player who works well with others, including NSO, FBC, and store leadership.
  • Demonstrates strong Franchisee support and an all-in, whatever-it-takes attitude.
  • Able to cross-functionally work with all internal departments to support store and brand goals.
  • Must be organized and able to make strategic plans for marketing and store engagement.
Requirements
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Must be able and willing to travel out of state as needed.
  • Has the ability to travel for extended periods of time when applicable.
