Briggs Family Home Development (BFHD) is hiring a Field Marketing Representative to canvass neighborhoods, set up free inspections, and spread the word about our roofing and storm restoration services. This in-person role is based in Wisconsin, with a W-2 hourly position and bonus potential.

Position: Field Marketing Representative Location: In-person / field-based. Serving Waukesha, Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Dane, and surrounding Wisconsin counties. Headquarters in Waukesha, WI. Employment Type: W-2 Employee | Hourly + Bonus | Full-Time

Role Overview

As a Field Marketing Representative, you'll be the friendly first point of contact for homeowners -- canvassing neighborhoods, setting up free inspections, and spreading the word about BFHD's services. You'll work outdoors and in person, building trust and helping homeowners take the first step toward protecting their homes.

What You Can Expect

Compensation:$16-$18/hour base pay + performance bonuses. $50K-$70K+ expected first-year earnings (top performers exceed this).
