Summary of Responsibilities

The Field Marketing Representative is responsible for daily management, training, merchandising, and execution of strategic retail partnerships. This role involves developing and strengthening relationships within the retail environment, driving sales and brand awareness through training, consultative selling, merchandising, and demonstrations. The goal is to achieve sales targets weekly, monthly, and quarterly.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Execute sales and service to retail partners and consumers, educating them about Chervon-branded products and industry standards.
  • Train and develop retail champions of Chervon products.
  • Ensure effective merchandising of Chervon products within retail partners to drive sales.
  • Build and maintain relationships with consumers, retail partners, and internal teams.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, providing strategies to enhance sales at assigned stores.
  • Conduct in-store product training with retail associates.
  • Develop and execute demonstration events and store walks to boost sales.
Requirements
  • Pending graduation or a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships and work cross-functionally.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to work some nights and weekends.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift tools over 50 lbs.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Willing to relocate for career growth within Chervon.

Additional Details

Travel: Daily travel within the territory and up to 30% overnight, covering the greater Chicagoland area and Illinois.

Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 base plus bonus opportunities.
