The Field Marketing Representative is responsible for daily management, training, merchandising, and execution of strategic retail partnerships. This role involves developing and strengthening relationships within the retail environment, driving sales and brand awareness through training, consultative selling, merchandising, and demonstrations. The goal is to achieve sales targets weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
Travel: Daily travel within the territory and up to 30% overnight, covering the greater Chicagoland area and Illinois.
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 base plus bonus opportunities.
