Role Overview: We seek a results-oriented and experienced Field Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts targeting the Public Sector (Federal, State/Local Government, and Education - SLED) across North America. You will partner with the B2B sales team to develop, execute, and measure regional marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and grow pipeline within this segment. You will translate corporate marketing initiatives into impactful regional campaigns.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Execute Regional Marketing Plans: Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with sales and corporate strategies.
  2. Demand Generation: Drive lead generation through digital marketing, webinars, events, content syndication, and ABM initiatives.
  3. Event Strategy and Management: Plan and execute participation in trade shows, conferences, and regional events, managing all aspects from strategy to post-event follow-up.
  4. Sales Enablement and Collaboration: Act as the marketing liaison for the Public Sector sales team, providing collateral and ensuring seamless lead handoff.
  5. Content Localization and Messaging: Adapt content for the public sector audience in the US and Canada; develop relevant materials as needed.
  6. Budget Management: Manage regional marketing budget and track ROI.
  7. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Define KPIs, analyze campaign results, and report to leadership.
  8. Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and competition to refine strategies.
  9. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, partner, and communications teams for alignment.
About You:
  1. 5+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in enterprise technology.
  2. 2+ years marketing to the Public Sector (Federal, SLED) in North America.
  3. Success in developing campaigns that generate pipeline and ROI.
  4. Experience with marketing automation (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
  5. Strong understanding of demand generation, digital channels, and event marketing.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to build relationships and collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams.
  8. Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
  9. Analytical mindset with experience in metrics tracking and reporting.
  10. Willingness to travel within North America as needed.

This is an individual contributor role.

The Base Pay Range is $130,000 - 160,000, depending on location, qualifications, and company needs. Compensation may include incentives based on metrics and company policies.
