Field Marketing Manager - Crop Protection (Finance)
This position is remote (virtual) and can work from home but must be located within the territory of Minnesota or South Dakota.
The CPP Field Marketing Manager is responsible for crop protection pricing and marketing execution within the assigned Sales Business Unit (BU), supporting the MN / SD Business Unit. Additionally, the role involves developing and connecting key market insights to local strategies. The position reports to the CPP & Seed Field Marketing Director Team Leader, with a dotted-line report to the MN / SD Sales BU Leader.
The Field Marketing Team partners with Strategic Marketing and Sales to align resources with opportunities and advocates for the team across functions including procurement, finance, IT, agronomy, and product development. It serves as the voice of the field, providing insights and communicating key programs to the BU. The leader focuses on driving local strategy and executing against Wildly Important Goals (WIGs), managing marketing funds, and enabling efficient decision-making.
The role works closely with a regional Seed Field Marketing Manager as part of a 12-person team consisting of 6 CPP Field Marketing Leaders and 6 Seed Field Marketers.

The salary range for this role is $120,880 - $181,320, with candidates typically hired near the middle of this range.
