Job summary

Havas Street in Miami is seeking a Part-Time Field Manager to oversee sales and operations for a major wireless carrier. You will develop and execute sales strategies, drive revenue, and manage a team of Brand Ambassadors at events.

This role requires 29 hours per week, with nights and weekends. Mileage, phone, and internet stipends are provided to support field activities and travel across markets.

Qualifications

• AA/BA degree in communications, liberal arts, business, or marketing preferred.
• 2–3 years field/experiential marketing experience; 1 year in team management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit/hire/train staff of Brand Ambassadors to execute events.
• Create and manage event schedules in Havas Street Hub/Portal.
• Review recaps and photos for client viewing; approve payroll weekly.
• Track field team mileage and provide to Account Team Lead weekly.
• Coach/mentor team; on-site coaching at events.
• Identify potential Lead BAs and coach on skills.
• Monitor market event activity via GroupMe; provide footprint feedback.
• Ensure market events and campaigns meet client standards and logistics.
