Job summary

Havas Street is seeking a Full-Time Field Manager to oversee sales and operations for a major wireless carrier in the Miami area. You will develop and execute sales strategies, drive revenue, and lead a team of Brand Ambassadors to achieve client goals.

Based in Miami, you will manage events, payroll, travel, and on-site coaching, coordinating with the Account Team Lead to deliver a strong market presence and measurable results across assigned markets.

Qualifications

• AA/BA degree in communications, liberal arts, business, or marketing preferred.
• 2–3 years field or experiential marketing experience; 1 year in team management.
• Experience leading 3+ BAs/staff in tour, retail, or experiential settings.
• Strong delegation, written and verbal communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to travel locally and remotely; some overnight stays possible.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and train Brand Ambassadors and Lead BAs for events.
• Create and manage event schedules in Havas Street Hub/Portal.
• Review recaps, photos, and payroll for field teams weekly.
• Track mileage and assets; report to Account Team Lead weekly.
• Coaching and on-site feedback for field teams.
• Coordinate event logistics to client standards during campaigns.
• Maintain asset storage and inventory records.
• Participate in weekly client calls and quarterly market planning.
