Job summary

MWBOR is seeking energetic Field Marketing Associates to explain our products and services to homeowners at stores and events across the region. You'll travel to in-store events and home shows, set up displays, and engage customers with a consultative sales approach.

This part-time role offers 10–28 hours per week with potential to convert to full-time. Reliable transportation required and a positive, outgoing personality to drive conversations and scheduling appointments.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel with large, branded items.
• An outgoing, friendly personality, and the ability to drive a conversation.
• Ability to follow a proven process to generate sales appointments.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Evening and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Increase brand awareness and sales through event marketing, demonstrations, and promoting MWBOR’s brand.
• Represent MWBOR at in-store events and home shows including planning and coordination, generating leads, and scheduling appointments.
• Engage with prospective and existing customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Act as a subject matter expert for customers by answering questions about our products and services while showcasing MWBOR’s value and expertise.
• Utilize a consultative sales approach to educate customers on all MWBOR’s service and product offerings.
• Obtain complete information from clients for scheduling appointments.
• Provide additional marketing support by calling inbound/outbound leads and other marketing-related tasks.
• Other duties may include supporting additional markets, assist in training new team members, track and report on event results
