Alpaca Health is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to drive local awareness and referrals across multiple markets in the United States, starting with New York. You will land our brand in communities through partnerships, sponsorships, and grassroots events, while equipping the field team with effective campaigns and collateral.

You will travel to clinics, build authentic local campaigns, and own market launch plans.

Qualifications

• Strong creativity to craft local, human, non-corporate campaigns.
• Excellent relationship-building with clinics, reporters, and community partners.
• Willingness to travel and be where the action is.

Responsibilities

• Own the market by localizing campaigns city by city and driving clinic openings and state launches.
• Build and sustain local presence through partnerships, sponsorships, and community moments.
• Arm the field team with collateral, campaigns, and playbooks to maximize outreach and conversions.
• Turn winning approaches into repeatable launch kits for rapid market rollouts.
