Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support local store marketing, delivery platform management, price management tools and guest relations across our restaurant locations. This is an mid/entry-level role ideal for a creative self-starter looking to grow a career in quick-service restaurant (QSR) marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Community Engagement: Build partnerships with local schools, colleges, and nonprofits, representing the brand at community events to drive local awareness and goodwill.
• Delivery Platforms & Pricing: Manage menus, promotions and pricing platforms to ensure alignment with brand requirements. Track delivery sales performance and Guest relations platforms.
• Guest Feedback: Serve as the first point of contact for customer complaints and reviews, partnering with store managers to resolve issues and improve service quality.
• Campaign Execution: Assist with the local rollout of national corporate promotions, seasonal offers, and store-level point-of-purchase (POP) signage.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 2–5 years in marketing, customer service, or hospitality (internships count).
• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred.
• Skills: Excellent written/verbal communication, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Familiarity with delivery portals is a plus.
• Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for periodic local travel between stores and community events.
