Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to drive North America demand for two to three priority industries including healthcare, financial services, telco, and retail/e-commerce. You will own industry programs, coordinate with Enterprise and Strategic account teams, and manage events from strategy through post-program attribution.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Product Marketing, GTM, and growth teams, and travel roughly a third of the time to execute high-impact field

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B field, industry, or regional marketing.
• Deep experience marketing into two of: healthcare, financial services, telco, retail and e-commerce.
• Track record reaching enterprise buying committees on six and seven figure deals.
• Fluency in Salesforce and marketing attribution; defend your numbers in a pipeline review.

Responsibilities

• Build the engine that fills the funnel for your industries.
• Develop and execute the North America field plan for two to three industries.
• Partner with Enterprise and Strategic account executives on named accounts; drive targets and follow-up.
• Design program mix: executive dinners, conferences, roundtables, and ABM plays.
• Own end-to-end execution with the NA events team on venue, vendors, logistics, and on-site delivery.
