Job summary

Eon.io is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to design and run standout in-person events that showcase our cloud infrastructure backup solutions. You will own conference engagements, manage logistics, and collaborate closely with sales and product teams to maximize registrations and attendance.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in field or event marketing, a strong ability to manage multiple events, and a proven track record of independent, strategic work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of event or field marketing experience, preferably in a B2B capacity.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to project manage and multi-task across multiple events at once.
• Clear and proactive communicator who’s not afraid to ask questions.
• Proven ability to work independently and strategically in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute unique customer-facing events to drive growth and brand awareness.
• Support engagement at industry conferences (AWS re:Invent, Google Cloud Next) with pre/during/post activities.
• Own event logistics: sourcing venues, swag, guest lists, event websites, registrations, and vendor coordination.
• Develop and execute event marketing materials (email and social) to drive registrations.
• Identify sponsorship and event opportunities to align brand.
• Communicate effectively and coordinate across multiple internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute fun and unique customer-facing events that drive business growth and brand awareness.
• Support company engagement in industry conferences (e.g., AWS re:Invent, Google Cloud Next) including pre/during/post conference activities.
• Own and manage all event logistics including: sourcing activities and venues, swag, managing guest lists and event websites, coordinating with internal teams to drive registrations, and managing external vendors.
