Job summary

FAS Exteriors seeks a Field Marketing Manager to build and lead a Central Florida field-marketing operation, driving growth through qualified appointments for in-home sales.

This hands-on leader will recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team, spend substantial time in the field, and align with sales and operations to achieve daily targets while maintaining accountability and performance.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in field marketing or door-to-door/direct sales.
• Ability to recruit, train, motivate, and develop a productive team.
• Strong communication skills and coaching across personalities.
• Competitive mindset with goal achievement focus.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, and retain Field Marketing Representatives.
• Build and lead a competitive, coachable team.
• Design onboarding and training to prepare reps for success.
• Develop future Team Leads and leadership candidates.
• Create a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Lead from the front by spending significant time in the field with the team.
• Monitor appointments, demonstrations, and sales metrics to drive results.
• Coordinate with Contact Center and Sales to improve quality and conversion.
• Ensure field activities meet safety and regulatory standards.
