Job summary

PhoenixAI is seeking a senior Field Marketing Manager to own our in-person event programs end-to-end. You will manage meetups, conferences, and customer receptions, coordinating with DevRel and Sales to turn community activity into measurable growth.

You’ll build a monthly Bay Area meetup, host quarterly executive receptions, and represent PhoenixAI at major conferences (AWS re:Invent), ensuring programs align with pipeline goals and brand objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field or event marketing experience in tech startups.
• Proven experience organizing events for open-source or developer communities.
• Strong vendor and budget management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and DevRel.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of meetups, conferences, customer receptions, and partner programs from concept to close-out.
• Build and run a monthly technical meetup program in the Bay Area and other cities.
• Plan and host quarterly executive receptions for key customers with Sales and Customer Success.
• Lead PhoenixAI's presence at major industry conferences and partner events.
