Job summary

Zappi in Boston is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to bring the brand and customer experience to life through live and virtual events. You will own the planning and execution of a global events calendar, from conferences to executive dinners, webinars and partner sessions.

You’ll work with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to ensure events engage target accounts, drive demand and deliver memorable experiences that align with Zappi’s growth goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in events marketing within B2B environments.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end events from planning to follow-up.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of the event calendar.
• Develop event plans, timelines and briefs.
• Manage venues, catering, AV, booth needs and logistics.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to drive attendance.
• Lead post-event debriefs and apply learnings.
• Track event performance metrics.
