The NRP Group is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to support a diverse portfolio of multifamily communities across core markets. You will plan, execute, and optimize comprehensive marketing initiatives that drive property visibility, occupancy and brand awareness.

This pivotal role will serve as the primary marketing strategist for assigned properties, ensuring best-in-class execution across channels. This highly collaborative, field-facing role requires strategic thinking and hands-on

Qualifications

• Education: College degree in liberal arts, marketing, communications, management, business, or real estate required.
• Experience: 3 - 5+ years in progression of marketing roles.
• Experience: managing marketing planning and activation from start to finish.
• Nice to have: 3+ years in multi-family residential marketing with digital media planning and events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to support leasing and brand goals.
• Collaborate with Creative Services and field leadership for creative direction.
• Manage media spend and ROI with agency partners.
• Coordinate events and on-site activities to drive awareness and occupancy.
• Maintain brand consistency across channels and properties.
• Track performance, analytics, and reporting for stakeholders.
