Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, management, business, or real estate.
• 3–5+ years of progression in marketing roles.
• Experience managing marketing planning from start to finish.
• Experience in multi-family residential marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive leasing.
• Manage media spend and optimize paid media for ROI.
• Coordinate with Creative Services and Field Marketing Director on branding and messaging.
• Plan property milestone events to raise awareness and leasing goals.
• Track performance metrics and provide optimization insights.
• Travel up to 50% for on-site reporting and events.
