Job summary

Suntory Global Spirits in Colorado seeks a senior market & field marketing leader to develop local plans for our Flavored Malt Beverage portfolio, translate national priorities into programs, and drive growth with distributors and retailers.

You will manage brand investment, forecast spending, analyze trends, ensure compliant execution, and partner with Legal, Compliance, Sales and agencies to turn opportunities into measurable market impact. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Commercial Marketing, Field Marketing, Trade Development or Brand Marketing.
• Experience in beverage alcohol, FMB, beer or other fast-moving, regulated categories.
• Deep local community connections and understanding of venues, events and networks.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build brands with local partnerships.
• Broad network across bars, hospitality, sports, events and cultural groups.
• Ability to translate brand strategy into local programs that drive engagement and sales.
• Experience managing Field Brand Investment including budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong influence, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce and SAP.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop local market and field marketing plans translating national priorities into programs.
• Partner with Sales, market leadership and distributors to align programming with local needs.
• Evaluate program feasibility including timing, approvals and distributor readiness.
• Lead innovation launches, sampling, experiential programs and partnerships.
• Identify local opportunities to strengthen brand presence and impact.
• Develop execution briefs, timelines and standards for consistent activation.
• Coordinate with Brand, Sales, distributors and partners for effective execution.
• Provide brand education and selling support to drive adoption.
• Manage brand investment with forecasting and allocation against priorities.
• Analyze market trends and performance metrics to optimize impact.
• Ensure compliant execution with Legal and Compliance.
• Capture field insights to improve future planning and activation.
