Job summary

Linear is hiring its first Field Marketing Manager to bring our event-driven growth to life. You will own the executive dinner calendar across cities, select venues, manage guest lists with the Customer team, and run on-site events to drive meaningful conversations with potential customers.

You will coordinate budgets, vendors, and travel, collaborate with Sales on target accounts, and evaluate conferences and sponsorships to maximize impact across the US.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in field marketing, event marketing, or B2B events.
• Track record of running dinners, roundtables, or other small-format events end to end.
• Experience working next to Sales and building target account lists.
• Strong project management across multiple cities and events.
• Comfortable with budgets, vendor contracts, and event attribution tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the executive dinner calendar across cities, selecting venues, dates and themes.
• Build guest lists with the Customer team and track RSVPs to optimize attendee quality.
• Manage venues, vendors, menus, minimums and travel logistics within budget.
• Brief hosts on attendees and learning objectives; be on site to run the night and follow up with Sales.
• Evaluate conferences and sponsorships by audience quality and ROI; decide booth strategy or side events.
